What we are, and what we are not

Restoration Services Arizona is a referral service. We operate a phone line and a website that connect Arizona property owners with independent restoration companies. We do not perform restoration work, we do not employ the technicians who arrive at your home and we do not set the prices you are quoted.

The companies in the network are independent. Each is responsible for its own license, insurance, workmanship and pricing. You are free to ask questions, compare and decline.

How we are paid

Companies in the network pay for the requests they receive. That is how the site operates at no charge to you. It does not change what you should expect from a provider, and you should still check licensing and ask for a written scope.

What you should do before work begins

  • Is the company licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and what is the license number?
  • Can you send proof of liability insurance before work starts?
  • How will moisture readings and drying progress be documented?
  • What is the pricing method, and will I get a written scope before anything is removed?
  • Will you communicate directly with my insurance adjuster if I file a claim?

Common questions

Is this a restoration company?

No. This site is a connection service. When you call, your call is routed to an independent restoration company in our network that covers your area. That company does the work and bills you or your insurer. We do not do the work ourselves and we do not guarantee it.

How fast can someone get to my home?

It depends on where you live, the time of day, weather and how busy providers are. Most valley addresses are reachable faster than remote or mountain locations. When you call, give your nearest cross streets and say if water is still running so the right provider can be lined up quickly.

What should I do before anyone arrives?

Shut off the water at the main valve if the source is a pipe or appliance. Turn off power to wet areas if you can do it safely. Take photos and video of everything. Lift small valuables off wet floors. Do not walk through standing water near outlets, and stay out of sewage.

Does homeowners insurance cover water damage in Arizona?

Most standard policies cover sudden and accidental water damage, such as a burst pipe or a failed appliance hose. They usually exclude flood from outside water and damage from slow leaks that went on over time. Flood coverage is a separate policy. Read your own policy and ask your insurer before you decide how to proceed.

Water is spreading right now? Do not wait.

Every hour of standing water pushes moisture further into the structure. Call now and get connected.
